We have a small cattery located southwest of St. Louis Missouri.
Our goal is to breed healthy, beautiful Tonkinese kittens for many years of love and companionship. Tonkinese are very social and get along with everybody...they are great with kids(of all sizes),dogs, cats and anyone that comes into your home. As a matter of fact we have 3 grand daughters that are our "socialization management team" and they are experts in this field! Our Tonks are very special to us... they are born and raised in our home "underfoot" as members of our family. Our kittens run the house(literally!) Our babies are special to us and our adoption process takes a little time. We need to know the family will be a good fit for an active, loving Tonkinese. We love our babies and their new adopting families are important to us as they become a part of our extended family. For the best transition into your home we do not allow our kittens to leave until they are at least 13-14 weeks of age. It is important that they get a healthy, well socialized start. This time allows them to develop their kitty confidence and good house manners so the adoption experience won't be as stressful to our kittens and their new families as well.
Lovintonks has Champion and Grand Champion bloodlines and we show our Tonks in the ACFA, CFA and TICA organizations. It is important to us to make sure our Tonks meet the Breed Standard. We are also members of the Tonkinese Breed Association and the Tonkinese Breed Council.
*Lovintonks is a 'closed cattery'*
Our females do not leave our cattery for stud services and we do not take in females from other catteries for stud services...this helps to maintain a healthy cattery.
Every Lovintonks kitten comes with a signed adoption/purchase contract with a spay/neuter agreement, a written health guarantee & a health record for your Vet. They have their kitten vaccinations, Veterinary checkup, are tested for FeLV/FIV, registration papers and a great kitten starter kit with food,a 'blankie' & toys to help the transition from our home to yours. We are always here for any questions or advice that you may need. We are always happy to talk about our Tonks. All you have to do is call or email us.
